Email Template Custom entity Fields Not working

Good Morning,

I have Dynamic Field that have worked previously but I have just gone back to the template and now it will not let me add any new ones they just stay as text fields

it is a Global template type {!Hire:Licensing Authority;} so using "entity:fieldname"

Can anyone help at all at why it wouldn't work now?

Hi,

Can you tell me on what entity you are sending the email and using this email template? A custom entity?

After my testing, sending emails on the relevant custom entities and using this template is having data:

Yes correct a custom entity called “Hire” and creating the email on the same

I have two fields that i set up months ago that work perfect but it wont let me add any new ones or incase i was missing something i even tried to duplicate the fields that were working but they are all just being recognised as text not a merge field.

Hi,

You can try using the logical names of the entity and fields.
