Salesforce.com and Dynamics GP

I have a client that is using Salesforce.com as its CRM package. They are also using Dynamics GP as its ERP package.

They are interested in seeing if they can link the two packages together. I found several packages that somewhat link the two together but I would like to see if there is anyone that has had good (or bad) experience with them.

PS: I have suggested that the client look at Microsoft CRM but at this time it does not seem to be an option.

    In my experience integrating CRM and GP (no matter which direction or "owner of record"), the best tool is 100% dictated by the client's very specific requirements and exact needs for the integration.  

    This sounds obvious, but it does not take much in the requirements to totally change the direction to go with an integration like this.  

    Sometimes you can use a 'standard' tool like Scribe, EOne SmartConnect, Nolan, or even the CRM/GP Adapter and other times, you are best to develop a 100% custom integration between the systems.  

    Each tool has its advantages and disadvantages.  I would collect all of the client's requirements and begin to look at all options and review the requirements with the maker of each product to determine the best fit for your client.
