Convert XML files to JSON in AL programming

Hello,

I want to know if there is such a functionality within AL programming to upload an XML Document and convert it straight into JSON. And if it is possible, the resulted document to be downloadable.
Since clients are sending XML files and I need JSON, this is why I am asking this question.

As I am fairly new in this domain, just starting out, I don't know all the functionalities.
