Re-create Check Sub and Payment Method

Hello!

Is there additional security needed to access the 'Re-create check stub' button for payment method other than check. If I select check as the payment method, it works fine but it's greyed out for cash, Eft and credit card.

I have tried this but no luck.

Create a new Security Task, select GP as the Product, Reports as the type, Purchasings as the series.

Scroll down the list and check "Reprint Check Remittance"

Then add this new task to a Security Role

Hi nlo,

You should be able to use the 'Reprint Check Remittance' if the payment was issued as a computer check or posted as a check on the fly (on the invoice), and history is being kept. This feature only works for computer checks, and does not work with 'manual payments'. So if your check/cash/credit card/EFT was keyed as a manual payment, then this button would not be available.

(The 'Reprint Check Remittance' under Microsoft Dynamics GP | Reports | Purchasing is the only security needed for this option.)
