Breadcrumbs Issues

Hello,

Is there any breadcrumbs issue that you are experiencing in UCI that is possible the same as ours?

Breadcrumbs: Customer Service Hub > Service > Contact > ABC XYZ (Sample Contact Record)
1.Create Order > Click Save from ABC XYZ Record Subgrid
2. Inside newly Order Record accidentally clicked Owner directing/opening you to User record
Breadcrumbs: Customer Service Hub > Service > Contact > OID 123245 (Sample order record recently created) > DEF JKL(Sample User Record)
3. Click OID 12345 from the breadcrumb

Issue: Instead of directing/opening the recently created order record, Create Order form will load.

*The OID 12345 record is saved and can be opened under Recent but not from the breadcrumb above.

    looks like it's a bug in UCI, please consider raising a support ticket to MS to report the issue

    Yup, that's what we did.
