I have a question regarding the creation of service activities to schedule activities for two groups of resources.
I would need to create a service picking resources from two different groups, one for each group, so when I'll create a service activity for that service it will schedule the activity for two resources.
The reason of my question is that the activity I need to create is one, but it involves at the same time resources of two different groups.
I tried to use subrules, but it haven't worked as I expected. When I tried to schedule a service activity, Dynamics suggested different couples of resources, but any of those came from the same group.
Could you help me? Is it possible without customization?
