Can you customize Balance Sheet and Income Statement reports?

We would like to edit the layouts of the 2 reports (marked red) in the attached photo but we can't seem to find those reports in the Report Layout selector for editing. Does anyone know which report layouts these two reports draw from? Is there a function for searching what report layout is used when the report is open, perhaps? Like if I have the Balance Sheet report open, can I hit a key or keys that will tell me the report layout number so I can find it and edit it's layout?

You could use page inspector (CTRL+ALT+F1) when you run the report request page to know the report ID.

When you know the report ID you have everything: go to Report Layout Selection and filter for report ID and you will get if it is using a standard RDLC or Word layout or which custom layout is used. Everything is in the same record.

Hi, yes you can modify the Balance Sheet and Income Statement reports as these are setup as Account Schedules in Business Central.

To see which is the Balance Sheet and Income Statement Account Schedule is being used, navigate to your General Ledger setup > Reporting.

Search for the Account Schedules and from there you can edit your reports, BC will warn you that the report is being used in the setup so it is advisable to rather make a copy of the report and make your modifications first.
