Hi,

I need help in triggering a workflow on an existing record for dynamics crm.The workflow should get triggered when someone edits details in an already existing record.

In the workflow properties

Select

Record Fields Change option and choose the fields

Hi Nithika,

You can uncheck the checkbox for "Record is created" and select for "Record fields change" on the process properties.

Hi Nithika,

While creating the workflow, you can select when the workflow should start.

See the screenshot below.

Select the option Record Fields Change and click the Select button.

In the window that appears, check the fields on change of which the workflow should be triggered and click OK.
