Unable to insert a product in a quote

Hi,

in the last week end my company received the last update of Microsoft CRM 2015.

Now i checking if any problems exist.

The first problem I encoured was about the quote.

I insert the header of the quote and save the document.

Then when I pass to add the product in the line the SEARCH don't find any product linked to the Price List chosen (but they exist and are linked).

How could be happen?

Someone have the same problem?

PS: I verify the same issue when I created a new Order and try to add a product to the document

    HI ,

    The Products might not be published.

    In crm 2015 you need publish the products,  

    If they are in draft state and linked to your price list ,  then you can't see them under product lookup of your Quote products entity  - product lookup .

    Thanks for the answer, but is not the correct way.

    The products are all in State ACTIVATE and not DRAFT.

    When I Search a product to add to the Quote/Order, the mask where the products are insert doesn't appear ..... but I see the CRM system that  goes in stand-by

    absolutely yes!

    I repeat that I haven't changed anything after the updating of CRM of last week end.

    Before I could make a quote or an order, now i can't insert the products

    You cant see at all when you click + or you cannot just select the specific product?

    when i click + I see that the CRM begin the search but  nothing happen.......the search continue bu the product list doesn't appear on the video

    When you open the price list do you see the products?

    When I open the single product I can see that each product Active is linked to a Price List.

    When I open the Price List I can see only general data about Price List (name, Date Begin, Date End, Currency), but no products linked

    Hi LucaZan

    When  open the Price List. Look on Top of the menu and look for the name of your Pricelist ( it will have a drop down arrow) click on that and Select Price List Items. This will show a list of all your products.

    This will tell you if your Products are load or not

    Yes, i see loaded 15 products into that price list
