Drag and drop existing emails into CRM from Outlook

Dynamics 2013 - We just upgraded to the Spring rollup and now the drag and drop feature for exiting emails from Outlook into CRM notes doesn't work - it only puts the subject, sender and date - the body of the email isn't there?

Can you share a screenshot here and the steps that you are trying to reproduce the issue ?

Before we upgraded we could drag an existing sent email from Outlook and put it into the Activities column and all the email text would be there. We didn’t have to open an email activity – it would just allow us to drag and drop into the activity column.

Now we have to open an Email activity and it only captures the From and puts that information into the from and To lines and the subject line is when I sent the email instead of the actual subject line. The text from the email is no longer copied over. See first email under activities from/To Carol Avellino

I have either the web CRM or the Outlook CRM open to a contact record and then I try to drag and drop an existing sent email into the contact record and it doesn’t allow, we now have to open an email activity and even then the text doesn’t copy over.
