I'm hoping somebody here can tell how to fix this for what we're doing wrong, anything at this point I'm desperate.
For years now our assembly bombs have been fine no problem, the only recent change I've made was about 6 months to a year ago when I changed our rounding percentage from 1 to .001 on all items.
Here is formula for the product
Up until about three weeks ago the example below is how all of our assembly bombs looked
Now if you take a look at it it's saying no matter what the formula is it's using one per everything. And even though it still says at the bottom it has a unit cost of 8.84 but when you look at the value entry its $27.40.
It's not happening to every item, At first it was only one and now we're up to 4. it seems like once it happens it continues to happen to that item every time there is assembly going forward.
I've tried deleting and re entering My assembly formula is but it did absolutely nothing. And because we're on average cost even if I'm manually taking out the inventory and reentering it for the price that I know is correct Is still taking that incorrect price into account so everything is wrong from that point on and I have no idea how to back this out and fix this.
Our partner has been working on this over a month and seems to be stumped.
