Requests are not being generated in CRM, emails from outlook are not coming across as requests
Checking the mailbox in CRM , it was in a "failed" state. Testing and restarting the mailbox resolved the issue. The error was "Service not available" - so someone must have been wrong with Exchange.
Problem:
However, there are a number of emails in the Test inbox that are new, but are not in CRM as requests.
How do we get these emails over into CRM? It appears that CRM has already decided that they have been read and are not reading them again.
