Hello Guys!

Hope you can help me.

There is a user that doesn't have permissions to read on the Entitlement entity but somebody else shared an incident with him in order to see a particular info.In the incident entity, I have a web resource with info of the Entitlement entity but since the user doesn't have permissions the js that shows that info fails.
Does someone have any idea of how can I fill my web resource with the info I need even if the user can't have the permissions assigned?

Hi,

you can impersonate a user to run the JS (in this case , maybe you can use admin but make sure you dont retrieve anything that not suppose to see or use by user). see below link for more information.

Hello ,

How you are retrieving the Entitlement information in your web resource , you should not pass the user context of the login user as the user does not have the access.

As shared by Alex you need to impersonate with system admin user to get the information from entitlement entity.
