We have our CRM setup so that when an email is delivered it automatically creates a case. On the odd occasion, a case is not created when an email was delivered. This happens once in every 40-50 emails. Also, the email which the case is not automatically created ,is from different emails. Is there any reason why this happens?

I have the same question (0)Are there any errors on the workflow log or the CRM logs? Seems if it appears random, you'd need trace logs to see what exactly is failing.
