I'm new to using Advanced Finds in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0. I haven't been able to find a lot of information about using converse relationships. What are they and under what circumstances would I create a converse relationship in an Advanced Find?

Hi,
The term converse relationship is related to the relationship between a customer (account or contact) and a partner (account or contact).
If you have defined a relationship role between Accounts and/or Contacts, you can use the Advanced Find to query both sides of the relationship role using the Customer Relationships (party x) attribute.
For example, say you have created a relationship role called 'Advisor' between Account and Contact to state that a specific contact advises a specific Account.
Users can use this relationship role to relate many Contacts to many Accounts and can use the Advanced find to query which Contacts are advising a specific Account, based on this relationship.
