import data vs disable duplicate detection

Hello All, 

I tried to import tasks and opportunities. No matter which selection I do into the setting it keeps doing the detection for duplicate.

It imports just a few of them because it sees more than one contact or company. I think I should be able to import tasks as many I have for the same contact or company.

 I use the web CRM.

    Hi Martin,

     You can check if you have any Duplicate detection rules defined for tasks and opportunities. You may want to disable these and try to import again.

    I remove all workflows and detection rules I created. I disable the detection rule into the entities too.

    I don't know where to look at.

    There is a file into the import data that I could not delete. Is it possible that the import process corrupt something.

    There is anyway to see where is from the duplicate detection rule running.
