Closing Project Fixed Price through SQL

Hello: 

I have fixed internal project that just capture hence no revenues.. I cannot close the projects as one the checklist cost of revenues is not ticked all my cost are recognized and correct.

I have ran checklinks, reconcile ...cannot close the project.

Is there a way through the tables, SQL  to close these projects .

    What are the details that you are looking for?

    1- I have several fixed projects ..the checklist report is telling me I am having errors (i.e all cost of revenues is not selected in the checklist)

    2- I have already gone through all the recommended steps by microsoft I still cannot close the projects see below :

       support.microsoft.com/.../information-about-checklist-items-in-the-project-closing-edit-list-rep

    3-  Some of these projects were imported when the system was first implemented.

    My question:  How can I close these fixed price projects through the back end?
