Dynamic 365 first time login

Hi,

I am trying to get started with Dynamic 365 as I we have an account and we are licensed for it. When I login, it does not take me to the dashboard. By dashboard I mean where you see graphs etc. It takes me on a landing page containing a lot of details on how to buy Dynamic 365 but I don't see a dashboard.

I trying getting a trial to see if we've been set up correctly. As I expect I am getting "You already have a subscription through work" which mean we definitely have an account.

I am the main admin account.

Can someone point me to where I should be looking. It really should not be this hard provided you have the account.

Hi Wahaj,

Once I login, I come to the fist page (image with red banner). I then click on the D365 icon, and I come to the second page (image with black background). That is it.

I am not sure where else I should go or configure etc...

Hi,

It seems like you are actually not hitting your CRM org URL instead you are using dynamics home URL which is taking you to the right page that you are seeing. Please check your CRM org url and try to access it.

In case you are unable to find the URL log into power platform admin center https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/ and under environment check the org URL and access it.

I have accessed the above url but unable to see my org url. Under environment, where exactly can the url org be seen?

hi @ibrahimhassan,

if you have access to D365 it should be listed and appearing under first image you showed. I m feeling probably you don't have a trial or environment linked. This video has good details about making a trial:
