We produce items. BOM of this items contain product lines which are KITs (so they have their own BOM with several components). This KITs are buy parts, so we directly procure from supplier complete KIT, KIT is stored in warehouse and delivered to production line as one piece. In production order we also will consume KIT, but we still want to capture components serial or batch numbers if applicable). How such result can be achived?
The reason why we procure KIT and move it through inventory as one unit is because we can't define price for each components of the KIT, supplier provide price for full KIT, therefore we need to consume KIT in Production order so the correct cost will be captured in finished good cost.
