Reclassifying fixed assets with old number balance

Hello BC community,
 
I am trying to reclassify fixed asset acquisition cost with acquisition cost and depreciation amount being odd numbers.
I want to reclassify evenly into 4 assets but it seems using FA reclass journal to make all of the new assets have the same balance is impossible.
Wondering if there was a way to have BC handle additional decimal places.

    Hello,
     
    Not possible. FA Reclass Journals round to currency precision, so odd amounts can’t be split evenly. One asset will always carry the rounding difference. You must accept rounding or post a small manual FA adjustment.

    No, Business Central cannot split FA acquisition/depreciation into equal parts when amounts don’t divide cleanly, because FA amounts are rounded to the FA posting precision. Extra decimal places are not supported for fixed assets.
