Long story short, some of our BBF accounts were deleted from the database when clearing out of the BBF unit accounts as a part of year end close. We have since been able to track those down and restore them to the proper SQL tables. However now, even though the values appear in SQL correctly, the GP10 application does not display these BBF accounts and when we run an FRx report it displays the BBF amounts as $0. I'm thinking there might be a step missing to "refresh" the application to view those tables, whether it's a check links routine or some time of reconcile, but I'm not sure what. Has anyone else experienced this or know of an answer? Any help at all will be appreciated.
