I am having an issue while posting POS Document (LS Retail) the system throwing an error that "the transaction cannot be completed because it will cause inconsistencies in GL Entry table.
Is it possible to know that from where it is coming?

This error should be an application issue. If you run the debugger you should be able to find out where it lies.
If you are a customer, please have your partner involved in find out the error for you.
This is very old NAV version. Completely out of support since this January. It would be super great and strongly advice to upgrade to the latest version.
