When i Uploaded a file (pdf/doc/.xlsx) in SharePoint a power automate flow should auto trigger and the files should insert into Business Central Customized table.
The flow is working well except for one excel file. it is inserting multiple times into Business Central and that file is connected to external data source. Is there any way to resolve this issue.

Based on your description, the problem likely stems from the external data source connection in the Excel file, which may be triggering multiple updates or refresh events.
    Possible Causes & Solutions
    1. Check Power Automate Trigger Conditions
      • If the flow is triggered by file creation or modification, the external data source may be causing multiple updates.
      • Add a trigger condition to ensure the flow runs only when a new file is uploaded, not when the file is modified.
    2. Disable Auto-Refresh in Excel
      • If the Excel file is connected to an external data source, it may be refreshing automatically, causing multiple triggers.
      • Open the Excel file and navigate to Data > Queries & Connections to disable automatic refresh.
    3. Use a Unique Identifier in Business Central
      • Modify the flow to check if the file already exists in Business Central before inserting a new record.
      • Implement a lookup step to prevent duplicate entries.
    4. Monitor Flow Runs in Power Automate
      • Check the run history in Power Automate to see how many times the flow is executing.
      • If multiple runs are detected, adjust the trigger settings or add a delay to prevent rapid execution.
    5. Consider Using a Scheduled Flow Instead
      • If real-time triggering is causing issues, switch to a scheduled flow that runs at intervals to process new files.

    Hope this helps some!
