Hello ,99% of the time it's one of these two: either the PageType is secretly not set to List (check with Ctrl+Alt+F1 → must literally say (List) at the end), or you just haven't saved your very first view yet. On brand new custom pages, the Views group only appears after you create at least one. So try this quick: open the page, hit Shift+F3, slap on any random filter, click the little disk icon (or … → Save As), give it a name and save. Boom, Views should pop up right after with "All" + your new one. If it's still ghosting you even after that, paste the page object code here and I'll spot the sneaky bit in two seconds.
