I am getting list of active customer after searching in application. But getting error while i am trying to open it.
Also getting same error while trying to open main form.
Please help me to find the solution.

Have you edited the customization xml manually? if yes , it may be the reason something went wrong.
Import an out of the box entity to restore the entity to it's default state and then you can be able to put your customization once again.
If you can't put with the default entity then you should raise a ticket with microsoft

We are not getting any error message in event viewer as I have written in my last post.
I am getting same error with SystemAdmin user and also we don't have any changes in security role.
I am surprised when I can open another form going to settings --> Customize the system ,I can open easily the form editor or the other entity. But for Account , contact I can not open. Even I can not create new form for those entities its shows me same error.

Like others mentioned, this error message is displayed for many reasons.
I would recommend enabling trace and see the trace file to see the actual reason for the error and once you got the actual error message it easy to fix.
you can use this tool to enable tracing

I would also check the logs on event viewer to see if there are any obvious errors and also please try an IIS Reset (i know you restarted the server for i found sometime doing IIS resets flushes some cache

This is a very common error and we can't get useful information from it.
What is your security role? Has it been modified?
Have you had any permission actions on the Account and Contact entities before this issue occurred?
We need more relevant information to find the cause of the problem.
So please provide as many clues as possible.
At the same time, I recommend that you raise a Microsoft support ticket.

Hi Friends,
Please help me , I still could not find any root cause for the above issue . This is happening only for two entity (Contact,Account ) . I have multiple form for those entity , whenever I am trying to navigate to home entity list I am getting above error.
In addition I am also can not open any records , form editor as well.
I am using on-premise , so I have check event viewer log , browser console none of them give me any tricks.
