Flows - Trigger on Custom entity

Hello Experts,

I have an issue when using Dynamics 365 "Create a Record" trigger in Flow on Custom entity. For Account, trigger is working but for Custom entity it is not working.

Flow history is not being created as trigger is having issue, I got error on Notification menu, first it was saying "Change tracking" is not enabled for Custom Entity. I enabled it and now I am getting an error 502 Bad Gateway. See below Snapshot:

    It is resolved. Actually, I just reset all the steps and it worked. But "Change tracking" option should be set on Entity.
