unable to expose UOM on PO receipt line

Hi All, I'm new to D365 F&O. When I'm reviewing the product receipt list, I don't seem to find the unit of measure on the line. The uom doesn't seem to be available to be inserted to the line as well. Could someone please advise? How does user handle different UOM in this case? Thanks for your help!

Hello, can you explain better what you intend for Product Receipt List

Cause, on line, of mine intended for product receipt list the unit can be added (Right Click > Insert Columns > Unit)

the PO is created in DZ, and I'm expecting user is able to change to use an alternative UOM on the receipts list. It seems the Unit is not available to add as a new column.

While posting the product receipt, we can click on Transactions as shown below:

Transactions will show the UOM:

when I go to the registration, system automatically convert the unit to pcs. For this testing, I also create a unit sequence group for that product. I'm able to add another Unit to this page and change it to DZ. But system changes it back to pcs after posting.

Thanks for sharing the details. Can you please check what is the UOM in the Manage inventory Fast tab at release product level?
