Kashyap, have you successfully integrated the two?
If not, I recommend that you check Tenfold, a 3rd party CTI that integrates MS Dynamics CRM with Digium.
It features everything that you listed: click-to-dial, automatic call logging, call analytics dashboard, a caller ID (screen pop), and some more.

Have you found what you're looking for? If not, you may want to know more about Tenfold's CTI solution, they're a third party provider that comes with the features you mentioned above. Other features include 100% call logging and recording, floating (UI), screen pop, user-friendly follow-up and scheduling of tasks, and many more.
