Hi.
Is there any way to prevent that multiple queue items are being created for the same activity.
I currently face the problem that customers send an email to multiple email adresses, which are all assigned to a different queue. Which then ends up in 2-3 queue items for one email message.
It would be great, if I could somehow detect this and reduce to one queue item in this case, to prevent emails being answered multiple times by different advisors.
