429 Error on integration

Hi all,

We are getting an error of the remote server returned an error: (429) and as per the BC Operation Limit from MS, error 429 happens when the maximum number of simultaneous OData requests on the server instance, including concurrent and queued requests exceeded the limit. The current ODATA request limit is 600 requests/minute and 100 max connections. We believe client is currently receiving lesser than the limit but we are not having premium support plan so wanted to check with the community here if anyone else face current situation and how can we get Microsoft to verify it?

    Hello,

    Are you looking at the data via a Global Admin or is there a filter set so it shows data from a different environment?

    I have already tried using your method but I noticed every buttons I click shows "No data available". Any idea specifically which navigation path can I find the place for API limit for my tenant?

    Hi

    you dont need premium support to check amount of api calls. Go to powerportal admin and check under analytics. There you will find amount of calls per user. 

    It is hard to understand the calls because it is not only the initial call that counts but also if there are any other connected logic or cascading rules that applies. These will tally into the count of calls. Let me know if you need any help trying to circumvent the current situation.
