Hello all,

I need to update the warehouse field on purchase lines , based on the value of the header.

For example, if i choose CD03 on purchase header, i want to be applied on purchase lines too, to update them with the same value as header.

the datasource of Warehouse on lines is InventDim.

Hi Paula,

There is a parameter setting for this on the Procurement and sourcing parameters. On the General tab, there is a link called 'Update order lines'. When this link is opened, it will give you a dialog form where you can specify what to do if certain fields on the header are updated. You can choose between Never, Always and Prompt. Choose Always or Prompt for the option 'Updating Site and warehouse'.

When you then change the site or warehouse, existing lines will be either changed directly or you will be asked for a confirmation.
