We have an Android device with a 5" screen. We are using the Warehouse Management app for our workflow. For some reason on this Android device, the popups in the workflow are cut off where only half of the popup is shown. We can't close the popup because the buttons in the popup are displayed out of the screen. Have tried to change button size and font size settings as well as device display size in system settings. Nothing fixes the issue. The device is Android 7 version.
