Font size is printing larger on reports after upgrade

I recently upgraded a client from GP 2010 to GP 2013 and a user is saying that the font is now printing larger on reports. She sent a sample of the payables transaction posting journal. It does look a little larger but not much but I was just curious.

Could the font size have changed with the upgrade? The same printers are being used.

As I recall the application uses the printers available and does not make any changes to the font selection. Is it possible that the user might have made a change to their default printer configuration that now is kicked over to GP when printing?

Second question - does this appear to be only on modified reports? or on all reports?

Thank you for responding Bill. The font has changed on all reports. The user hasn't made any changes to the default printer configuration. They are now accessing GP via a terminal server and the printers are redirected unlike in the past when GP was local.

The problem is not likely the upgrade but the switch from thick client to Terminal Server. I am just running into the same problem going from Terminal Server to local GP Thick Client. The users are complaining that the print is now too small. Any idea how to adjust?
