There are a few reasons why this could be happening. The label template size must match the size of the labels being printed or it can cause this issue. Also this printer is available as Direct Thermal (ribbon-less print) or Thermal Transfer(uses ribbon). If your using the thermal transfer in a direct thermal printer they will never print.

Also try turning off the Enable Advanced printing features in the Advanced tab in the printer properties and restart the machine.
Under the windows devices and printers, make sure you set the printer dimensions correctly. Open your printer properties and under the general tab select preferences, then specify the height to be the same as each label (my labels are 1.25", so i set the height to 1.25")

You can try this -
The Zebra printer maybe needs reset / re-calibration.
Power down the device and press the button on the Zebra printer and start the printer
Wait till the light blinks upto 4 times This will reset the printer and than it will work ok.
