We have a busy trade counter with users adding lines to quotes and orders.Users tend to search from the item description field in document lines.
If you choose an item and then go back and change the item by clicking the item description drop down, only the item description changes.
The original item code and price remains the same.
This is a huge issue for us and we run the risk of selling products incorrectly priced.
Ideally the item code should change if you change the item description from the drop down list.
OR the item description should be fixed.
How can I overcome this issue ?
