As I understand from previous forum questions, the Unsubscribe button can now only be found in Dynamics Marketing.
As for Dynamics 365 Sales, there is still the following option under the Email Configuration Settings:
Set the auto-unsubscribe options (Available only if Email tracking is enabled)
Set "Do Not Send Marketing Material" option when unsubscribe email is received. "Yes". "No".
However, when selecting yes, and attempting to recreate a scenario where a customer sends an empty email with subject "Unsubscribe", and this is tracked via our configured mailbox to Dynamics 365, the sending prospect is not unsubscribed.
We have tested this a couple times and there is no action to the following settings (in Lead details):Contact Method > Email > "Allow"/"Do Now Allow" & Marketing Information > Marketing Materials > "Send"/"Do Not Send", which is, as I understand, what this configuration is supposed to do
Please could you advise how to configure this correctly so that this setting is enabled and working? Or any other suggestions?
