Hi Bryma - Can you please let the community know if you are using Microsoft provided buttons or a custom one? Please share a screenshot of the process

    Hi Bryma,
I had a similar issue like this before, so make sure to double-check your settings, including SMTP settings as they can cause the problem
Also, can you please provide a proper screenshot of the process like NAV_with_Narang said..
    Best regards.

Please make sure if there is no customization done.

Please provide us with the steps you go through in Business Central before you get this error message.

It does look like something that is caused by custom code, and if that is the case you will need your developer to debug this together with you.

If you are not running custom code - you should go to through the E-mail setup and check if you are able to send the test-email.

Hi, If this is in Sandbox, I suggest debugging, it seems that there is a runtime error. But I'm not sure what setting is causing this.

    Hope this helps.

    Thanks.

We currently use assigned user emails.

    Hi Inge

The problem starts when we attached a vendor or customer document and hit send. Emails are user assigned. Also, email was setup without custom codes.

    Hi Yun,

Thank you for your response. Debugging might just be the last resort from us. We are currently looking to resolve this error from the non-development environment.

    Warm regards,

    Bryma

    Is the customer/vendor document customized?

Are these reports configured on Report Selection?

Seems like the report is failing to run, which gives you this error
