Who can help our NPO build out a custom solution?

Our non-profit organization has very unique needs that can only be fully addressed by a custom solution. We are a non-profit school for adults with disabilities, so we fall under the umbrellas of Non-Profit, Education, and Healthcare. Our management team has been searching for a viable platform that can address our needs, but I'm 100% sure those needs can be addressed via Dynamics 365 if we can find the right partner to help us for a reasonable cost and fast turnaround time. Our management team thinks it will take a year to get a custom solution, so they are looking into spending thousands of dollars to implement a 3rd-party solution in the next month. 

Can someone please help me identify the correct type of partner, and maybe suggest a reasonable cost and timeframe to customize our Dynamics 365 based on the template I've already put together?

    We were in a similar situation not that long ago. Also a non-profit, also in the disabilities space. Through a staffing agency we found a CRM Administrator whom we hired as an independent contractor. We went through 3 other CRM Admins before we found our current one, and I believe we finally found the right fit for our organization.
     
    A few things to note... form experience, I'd recommend getting the MS Cloud for Non-Profit, or at minimum the Fundraising and Engagement add-on.... they carry a lot of functionality out of the box that we'd have to create ourselves otherwise. 
     
    D365 is an amazing platform and is highly customizable, I have no doubt that a custom solution can be built for you... my recommendation would be to find an independent contractor to help you build the system of your dreams.

    Requirements: Case Management, Insurance/Payer Information, Medical Records, Program Management including Service/Class Scheduling with Calendar, Service Logs with Detailed Attendance Tracking (by the minute, not by day or class), Invoice Generation (or integration with NetSuite).

    Nice-to-Have: Parent Portal and/or Standalone App

    Kate Shepard - to help identify the right kind of partner, any chance you have a list of high-level requirements or functional areas that need to be covered in the project?  For instance, would this cover case management, program management, fundraising, etc?
