Chart of Accounts for Pharma Company

Looking for some guidance related to a Chart of Accounts for a new company - long standing client - they are opening a new Phara company and do not want to ‘recreate’ a chart of Accounts that maybe available somewhere in the community. We are based in Canada - the Pharma company will be based in Canada as well. Does anyone have any suggestions on where to start? Does anyone have a Pharma client that they could share what done in the Chart? Thanks.
