How can I prevent automatic creation of contacts with incoming e-mails?

After upgrading from CRM 3.0 to CRM 2011 I've noticed that contacts with unknown e-mail addresses are created automatically for incoming e-mails to our "support" queue. The contacts are created by the Owner "SYSTEM". This is probably because the Microsoft CRM Email Router service is run by Local System.

How can I prevent contacts from being created automatically?

I know about the user option File > Options > E-mail > Automatically create records in Microsoft Dynamics CRM. But I do not know how I can change this setting for the user "SYSTEM".

    I have same problem, I have checked CRM / Settings / Administrations / System settings - allow messages with unresolved e-mail recipients to be sent  is set to yes

    I have logged in as administrative user and check email settings and un-ticked the option to create contacts for inbound emails .

    still our CRM create contacts , this is not good as this create contacts for junk email address too.

    anyone to give us advise please...
