Good day,

There are instances where a remittance will be attached when a payment is being entered. I'm trying to access one such document that has been posted and can't find it not sure where to look.

Hi,

You can check the relevant vendor ledger entries or general ledger entries and can check the factbox.

Please verify if it helps.

Hi Rosemary,

From your question it isn’t completely clear how the remittance advice was attached. I believe you’re referring to when remittance advices are attached via the Payment Journal FactBox > Incoming Document.

If that’s the case, you should be able to view the attached remittance advice by going to Vendor Ledger Entries, locating the related entry, and then opening the FactBox to see the document.
