ONPrem Deployment Error - Unable to download Artifacts - Seesion give after 60 minutes -

StandaloneSetup.zip downloads less then 200 MB in 1 hour time.
 
File '////STG-CPS-ORCH03.xx.xxxxx.com//agent//assets//8769116d-db1f-4270-8ec7-40b1817c8c8a//1376026//a42ad76a-9b05-46fb-bc44-8e410b96184a//Packages//8769116d-db1f-4270-8ec7-40b1817c8c8a//StandaloneSetup.zip' with assetId 8769116d-db1f-4270-8ec7-40b1817c8c8a was not found in the fileshare. Will redownload the file.

    Based on the information you provided related to the error, our team has come up with the following four suggestions.
     
    Firstly, you can check your internet connection and based on the information you have provided, you are having problems with the download speed.
     
    Secondly, the error message indicates that the file "StandaloneSetup.zip" is not found in the file share. Please verify the file path and make sure the file exists in the specified location
     
    Third, the log shows an error related to asset ID "22c7d019-20ee-4802-a978-d90c26b7c3ea". Ensure that this asset ID is correct and the corresponding asset is available for download.
     
    If you have ruled out several of the factors suggested above, there may be a problem within the software and we recommend that you make a technical support request to Microsoft using the link below.
