65Microsoft have said that the Dynamics 365 App for Outlook is unsupported when deployed from 1 tenant to another. Does that mean that it is just not possible of is there a workaround out there?
I have the following Online set-up:
Tenant 1: Dynamics 365
Tenant 2: Outlook Exchange
I have successfully deployed the server profile on Tenant 1 and can confirm that Tenant 1 and 2 are talking to each other when it comes to emails.
The problem:
I can't get the Outlook App to push from Tenant 1 to Tenant 2's Outlook OWA. Does anyone have any suggested advice on this subject matter? Is it even possible?
