I am trying to set up a Project Change Order and have it create a line item on the Construction Billing Screen
Is there a document that describes how to do that?

I don't know that SL fills in lines, but I thought you could pull up the change order in construction billing when you F3 on change order # and grab it there.
If not, I'll need a bit more information.
In the Project Change order screen, there is a Bill Item number, this feeds into Construction Bills. It’s not used a lot. It reflects what would be a change in the budget.
