Greeting all,

I need your help, as I have been trying to find an ATB with open invoices as well as over payment on the account, the below shows me invoices & credits but not over payment, can you guide me what report/screen can provide me with what I am looking for

Hi,

I prefer to use the workspace of "Customer Payments"

and also the Customer ageing report at Detail level

ATB WITH OPEN INVOICES

There is a customer statement report which is also available in ER, so it can be modified in order to get in proper format of excel.

Even the above report (customer ageing report) if you extract in CSV, it will come in proper excel layout for working perspective.
