How can I rename a Site ID ?

I have created several ID with a couple of bins within each site ID. I now have to move all the bins to a new site ID!

Is there a faster way doing this rather than creating the new site ID, creating a new transfer entry, and transferring from one site to another then doing another transfer from 1 bin to another?

for example

site ID : ABC contains 2 bins Alpha and Beta

I have to create a new site ID named CBA containing the bins from site ABC, so containing Alpha and Beta

FYI I already have about 40 items in each bin.

    Cinthia,

    Have Professional Services Tools Library installed?  If so, have you tried the Site ID modifier.  The Site ID modifier works similar to the customer/vendor modifier tool and should be able to take care of what you're referring to.  However, I would highly recommend running the process through a test environment, or at least creating a backup before performing in prod.

    I believe Kyle has correct answer: look at the PSTL tools. If you don't have it, it's a free tool that your partner could download for you, and on certain versions of GP the install for PSTL is available on the install "media". I don't know if things have changed but PSTL used to be a tool only available on Partnersource, not Customersource, hence my comment about your partner possibly being required.
