Miscellaneous Logs not posting in Billing

I can see the miscellaneous log entry under my project. I have double checked the miscellaneous entry to make sure my posting date is correct. When I go to billing and either run cycle biller or billing entry, nothing pulls over.

I have checked to make sure the dates on the project are correct, the project is not closed to billings, checked to make sure that Allow Actual Billings to Exceed Projected Billings is marked.

I have had this happen on a whole batch or just some here and there.

I feel like there is something that I am missing or that is holding it up.
