I have an issue that comes and goes, which is related to the email dialogue. Let's see if anyone has an idea what's causing this...
The problem:
I use a contact person as the customer reference on a sales order. Normally, you expect that the email address from the contact person would be populated and suggested on the /To/-line. This happens most of the time, but now and then it gets blank (as in the example below). It looks correct in every setting, from the sales order to the contact card. Does anybody else have this issue? If so, what was the solution?
