Hi All,
I need to add a sub menu under "Help" menu which is presented at the top most righ side corner. On clicking the sub menu, i need to open a PDF file. Plz throw some sparks on that, so that i can able to work aroud

Hi Sun,
This can be done by modifying the isv.config. I'd recommend pickup up a book in customizing crm 4 as it has this detailed pretty well.
