Hello,
I don’t see the timeline component in the opportunity form. Could someone show me where is located ?
Hi partner,
Which opportunity form were you using? The main form should contains the timeline in default.
You could go to the form editor and check if the timeline component on your form, if not, just add the timeline into your form.

I went to the main form. I don’t see timeline but I do see it in the main form editor in field explorer.
If I added it, is just a field. I can not add notes or files to it. When I go to the insert tab, timeline is greyed our.
In Opportunity Main form you can see the timeline as below. If it's not displayed in the main form. Please navigate to the form editor and add the timeline to the form. Click save & publish. Once again refresh the record you will be able to see the timeline in the opportunity main form.
If the timeline in insert tab is greyed out, there should be 2 reasons.
1.You have added timeline on your main form.
2.You should to enable"Notes" in the entity.
Yes thank you. I noticed that because timeline is greyed out means is added and when I enabled notes in the entity, I see is it in the form.
